Rules for using supodo
How you may use supodo.
Version: 1.0 · These rules apply from 10 August 2026.
These are the rules for supodo. They apply to all supodo services. They apply to all people and all clubs. They also apply to you if you have no account. The legal notice says who runs supodo.
1. Which services does this cover?
supodo is a platform for sport for people with disabilities, for inclusive sport, and for senior sport. supodo has several services. One person runs all of them. This document covers all supodo services. The services have no legal pages of their own. They point to these pages instead.
For example, these services:
- supodo landing page — the website
- supodo manager — the management tool for clubs and events
- supodo app — finding and following activities
- supodo link — the short links
- supodo auth — signing in, and user accounts
- supodo mail — newsletter sign-up and sending emails
supodo may have more services. You reach them at supodo.com or at supodo.link. This document covers those too.
We also have internal test systems. This document does not cover them. Those systems have their own details.
2. Your account
You need an account for some services. You can look at many things without an account. You sign up with supodo auth. Please give correct information. Your account belongs to you alone. Do not give your password to anyone.
You can make your own account from age 16. Are you younger? Then your parents must agree. Sometimes a club signs a child up for an event. Then the club asks the parents. In that case supodo does not know the parents.
3. What is not allowed
You put content on supodo. For example texts or pictures. You are responsible for that content. Anything against the law is not allowed. Anything that harms other people is also not allowed.
For example these things:
- Content that breaks the law. For example hate against people. Or pictures of violence.
- Content that belongs to someone else. For example other people's photos, texts or logos. And photos of other people without their permission.
- Pretending to be someone else. For example another person. Or a club. Or supodo itself.
- Insulting or threatening other people. Or putting people down. For example because of a disability. Or because of where they come from, their gender, their religion, their age, or who they love.
- Sending advertising to many people. Or taking content off supodo automatically.
- Breaking supodo. For example getting around our security. Or spreading harmful programs.
This list only shows examples. There are more things that are not allowed. What matters is this: the content must not break the law. And it must not harm other people.
4. Your username
You choose your own username. Other people can see this name on supodo.
These names are not allowed:
- Names that sound like another person. Or like a club. Or like supodo itself.
- Names that insult people.
- Names of other companies. Or names of public offices, if you do not work there.
- Names that supodo needs to run the service.
The word “supodo” is blocked. It is also blocked inside longer names. So “supodofan” does not work. “teamsupodo” does not work either. Does your club need a name like this? Then ask us through the contact form.
Is your name not allowed? Then we can change it or block it. We will send you an email. The email gives the reason. We ask you first what you think. We only skip that for very bad names.
Your account stays the same with a new name. supodo remembers your account by a fixed number. So you keep your clubs and your events. And you keep your rights on supodo.
5. What we do with reported content
Sometimes content breaks these rules. Or it breaks a law. Then we can act. How serious the problem is decides what we do.
This is what we can do:
- We delete the content. Or we stop showing it publicly.
- We show the content to fewer people. For example an event is no longer in the public list.
- We block the account for a while.
- We close the account for good.
A person decides this. No computer decides this. We do not use a program that checks content automatically.
We look at content when someone reports it to us. Or when we notice something ourselves. We do not check all content. We do not have to.
Do we act? Then we write to the person affected. We give the reason. And we say what that person can do about it.
6. Report content that is not allowed
Do you see content on supodo that is not allowed? Or content against these rules? Then please tell us. Anyone may report it. You do not need an account. Use this form: Report content that is not allowed.
Do you give us your email address? Then we confirm your report. Is it about content that breaks the law? Then we also write and tell you our decision later. A law says so. Is it only about these rules? Then that does not apply.
7. If you disagree with us
Do you think our decision is wrong? Then write to us. Use the contact form or send an email. Tell us which decision you mean. And tell us why you think it is wrong. A person will then look at the case again. You can also always go to court.
8. Ending or blocking an account
You can delete your account at any time. You do not have to give us a reason. You do not have to wait.
Do you break these rules? Then we write to you first. You then get time to put it right. Only after that do we block your account.
Sometimes we block straight away. We only do this in three cases. First: the content is against the law. Second: other people are in danger. Third: you make the same mistake again and again.
What happens to your data after deletion? That is in the privacy policy. privacy policy.
9. What supodo is liable for
Sometimes we make a mistake on purpose. Or we are very careless. Then we are liable for the whole damage. That also applies if a person is injured.
Sometimes we are only a little careless. Then we are liable only for important duties. Important duties are these: without them you cannot use supodo at all. We then only pay for damage you can expect.
There is a law about damage caused by products. That law still applies.
People and clubs put their own content on supodo. They are responsible for that content themselves. It is other people's content. supodo did not write it.
supodo costs no money. We do not promise that supodo always works. Sometimes we repair something. Then a function does not work for a short time.
10. Changes to these rules
We can change these rules. For example for new functions. Or when a law changes. For important changes we write to you. Then we ask you again. You have to agree to the new rules. If you say nothing, that does not count as yes.
Every version has a number and a date. Both are at the top of this page. supodo remembers which version you agreed to.
11. Which law applies
German law applies. Are you a consumer? Then the law of your own country also applies. You keep that protection. You can also go to court in your own country. And people can only sue you in your own country.
Are you a company or a public body? Then the court at supodo's seat is responsible.
12. Contact
All details about the provider are in the legal notice.
