Information according to legal requirements
Scope
supodo is a platform for disability, inclusion and senior sport, made up of several services all operated by the same controller. This document applies to all supodo services. The individual services publish no legal notice and no privacy policy of their own but point to these pages instead.
Including:
- supodo landing page — Website
- supodo manager — Management console for clubs and events
- supodo app — Finding and following activities
- supodo link — Short links
- supodo auth — Sign-in and user accounts
- supodo mail — Newsletter sign-up and email delivery
Beyond these, this document applies to any further publicly offered supodo service reachable at supodo.com and its subdomains, or at supodo.link.
Internal test and development environments are not covered. Where they are publicly reachable, they publish their own details for that environment.

Point of contact under the Digital Services Act
With manager.supodo.com, app.supodo.com and supodo.link, supodo operates intermediary services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). We designate a single point of contact, responsible both for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 DSA) and for users of the service (Art. 12 DSA). You can reach it through the channels listed under “Contact” above.

Contact point for removal orders (Regulation (EU) 2021/784)
As a hosting service provider we designate a contact point under Art. 15(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online, for receiving removal orders. In Germany such orders are issued by the Bundeskriminalamt (Federal Criminal Police Office). This contact point serves that purpose only; for anything else, please use the contact channels above.
